Sat down with Luis to work out a schedule to complete the job. Quite straight-forward but Luis reveals that his plasterer is going to charge him £600 plus materials and take SIX days to do the job. We agree that this is too long, and probably too expensive, so I offer to try and source a different plasterer.
Also reveals that the van was a £700 purchase with the money I'd given him for materials.
By the end of the day, I have a plasterer booked for Monday & Tuesday next week at around half the cost.
