I've started this blog as a record of my kitchen renovation - and my trials and tribulations with plumber 'Luis'. I found Luis through a website that allows tradesmen to quote for your job. After meeting him and before his quote I'd already decided that I wanted to use his services as he was by far the most professional I'd met - a 'businessman' - to quote him. Obviously, when his quote arrived AND it was the cheapest, I was delighted!
